Reservations, programs, and offers: Terms and conditions:

● The client has the right to cancel the booking request at any time before completing the payment process, in accordance with the agreed cancellation policy.
● The client has the right to modify the tour program before travel, subject to the terms and conditions, or to cancel, if possible.
● Prices do not include any services other than those mentioned in the booking voucher.
● Prices do not include any additional or personal services such as (early check-in or late check-out at hotels, tips, etc.).
● The offer is not guaranteed in cases such as (seats and rooms being sold out, the offer expiring, etc.).
● Prices and room availability are subject to change without prior notice unless the booking is confirmed.
● Multiple transfer fees or per-hour rates apply when stopping outside the specified tour program or itinerary.
● The passport must be valid throughout the tour period (the passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure from the country).
● It is the client's responsibility to obtain international medical insurance, which the company can provide. For the customer as an added service.

Any additional costs resulting from changes to any of this information are borne by the customer without any liability on the part of the company.
● For group tours: Participants must adhere to the designated meeting place and time. The company is not responsible for any delays, as the group will depart at the scheduled time.
● It is the customer's responsibility to report any problems as soon as they occur and to inform the employee directly. The company is not obligated to compensate for problems that are not substantiated.
● When filing a complaint, the customer is responsible for providing a full explanation of the problem with supporting documentation.
● The customer is entitled to compensation for proven poor service provided by Makarem Al-Jawar Travel Agency. And tourism.
● Makarem Al-Jawar Foundation is not responsible for compensating for a personal or political problem that occurred to the client that is not related to what Makarem Al-Jawar Foundation for Travel and Tourism provides.

● All offers and monthly installment prices shown in Makarem Al-Jawhar Foundation’s advertisements do not include any financing fees from financing companies, if any, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions with the financing company or all financing entities that are dealt with on a regular basis.

Cancellation and modification policy:

● The cancellation policy (which varies depending on the program and booking) will be explained by a Makarem Al-Jawhar staff member before booking.
● Cancellation or change fees will be applied according to the cancellation policy (which varies depending on the program and booking) sent by the Makarem Al-Jawhar staff member to the client. These fees increase
the closer the cancellation or change is to the travel date, up to a percentage of 100%, depending on the cancellation policy.
● Cancellation services for confirmed bookings are subject to cancellation fees according to the terms and conditions of the service booked by the service provider.

● The advertised prices vary depending on the time of booking and seat availability.

● The company is not responsible for the baggage allowance determined by the airlines.
● In case of changing or canceling flight tickets, cancellation fees will be charged as per the policy sent by a Makarem Al-Jawhar employee to the customer (change fees - difference for service class/level, seats, etc.).
● If the customer goes to the airline with which the booking was made and makes a change to the ticket, Makarem Al-Jawhar is not responsible for this.
